from my grandmother’s travel journal on May 16th, 2002: “Went to info
at Visitor Center, got three addresses of cabins in or near town, took
the 2nd we looked at – "The Roost”. Got a beautiful cabin with all the
luxuries to think of and settled in. What most impressed me was the
sparkling clean-ness of everything – wood floors, Navajo carpets, dark
green marble polished, carved-back chairs, a futon sofa in the living
room – a modern home that has no better!“
