Excerpt from my grandmother’s travel journal on September 10th, 2002: “Stopped at Buffalo Bill’s Historical Center and Herb took some shots of the teepees in front. Filled up to the brim at Conoco, went over to McDonald’s for two coffees for the long ride ahead – and out of town.”
