Victorian Plaza in Sparks, Nevada | June 1997 & May 2015

from my grandmother’s travel journal on June 8th, 1997: “Some blocks up
from our motel on Victorian Ave. is a flower and tree studded plaza,
lined by gambling casinos & restaurants – hardly anybody in sight.”
The
road that was formerly 14th Street has since become Victorian Plaza
Circle, looping around the plaza that my grandmother referenced in 1997.
